Not Normal, Is Our Normal

I woke up this morning and just couldn't bring myself to get out of bed. Not out of depression, but I literally couldn't get out of bed. A fever, sore throat, etc. As a mom, we all know that I'm not able to take a sick day. Thankfully, I have a wonder significant other who has helped me with our girls all day, and I got to ACTUALLY stay in bed trying to feel better. I ended up going to our local urgent care... Sinus infection. Woo!

Our latest adventure took us to the lake to fish. Ema got an early Christmas gift from Santa, her very own fishing pole! A Frozen one. She's obsessed with Frozen currently. It was a decent day so we decided to go out. There was sand on the lake side. Ema learned to cast her pole and real it in. It has been great for her hand eye coordination. Next visit, we will be actually giving her a hook and bait in the hopes that she will maybe catch a fish. I honestly can't wait to see her reaction when she does catch her own fish.

I ended up letting Luna crawl around on the sand. And as we all know, anything a tiny human can grab goes in the mouth. So sand was everywhere. Haha. She loved it.

Here in the next week or so, I am starting a new meal plan in the hopes to drop to a certain weight. I was getting closer to my goal weight, but I fell off the wagon; and I am back up to where I was after I had Luna. Good Evening everyone! (Or whatever time of day it is when you read this!) Today I am writing to you about Sviuse's Women's Cotton Long Sleeve (Black). I fell in love with this shirt. It's winter so I'm experiencing difficulty with extremely dry skin. On top of it being winter, I have abnormally itch skin in general due to some health issues that we're still working out the kinks on. Going to Breed CRICKETS?!?!

A little thing about us, we're big on saving money when we can; and we like to do things the natural way (example: We Cloth Diaper). We have two snakes and two bearded dragons. With that, the cost of rats for the snakes and crickets for our dragons can become costly, so we've decided to go ahead and attempt to breed the crickets!!! I'm actually pretty excited about it. I've learned so far that they can eat Baby Rice Cereal, which oddly enough I have an abundance of it. They can also eat fruits and vegetables, which we buy a lot of anyways, so that will help our waste costs go down. So far, I have a tote filled with tubes, egg cartons, their food, and more. I also have about 200 crickets that are in there. I need to get some top soil in there so they can hatch and lay their eggs. Bamboo Hooded Towel! A Towel These Kiddos LOVE!

Hello everyone! I'm writing to you today about a Bamboo towel that I am extremely excited about!I got this in the mail the other day, and couldn't wait to put it to the test. It is a bamboo hooded towel for kids and has little ears on top which is a very cute touch to the towel itself! So, come bath time, I was absolutely ready to put this to the test! So I got two kiddos into the bath, my 3 year old that is the size of a 5 year old, and my 1 year old that's the size of a 6 month old. I started with my 3 year old. It fit perfectly and had enough room that the next few years she will still be able to use it. It was very quick and absorbent. I found this towel completely convenient.
